Cancelation Policy & Deposits

If you need to cancel your appointment with us, we ask you for 48 hours prior to your appointment. If less than 48 hours is given,  a 50% cancellation fee is in place. This is also applied to missed appointments. New appointments will not be made until fee has been paid.

Please note: If your appointment is longer than 2 hours, we will require a £20 non refundable deposit to hold your appointment with us.
